December 5, 2009 - Dinner
Monkfish, jalapenos, and green onions. Pickled carrots and daikon radish. Fried rice with Chinese sausage. Trivento Malbec. My pairing of a red wine with fish is sacrilegious, pairings be damned. Red wine goes well with everything.
