March 14, 2009 - Lunch



Grilled Vegetables: tomato, bell pepper, and onion. Teriyaki beef. Kimchi style pickled root (in dark red). Chicken sauteed in soy sauce, sake and patis over cilantro, pickled white radish (daigo) over sliced white bread. My homage to Mediterranean, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean cuisine.
