Delicious. The taro was bland and fiberous and starchy like potatoe, actually more like yucca. The blandness was offset by the sweet rice, tapioca and some sweetend fruit.

Monkfish, jalapenos, and green onions. Pickled carrots and daikon radish. Fried rice with Chinese sausage. Trivento Malbec. My pairing of a red wine with fish is sacrilegious, pairings be damned. Red wine goes well with everything.
