June 18, 2009 - Dinner



Scallops, squid, bok choy in a sinigang-style soup. San Miguel dark beer. The San Miguel dark beer rank in my top three dark beers along with Guiness and Kilik (an Armenian dark beer). For desert: tofu pudding, topped with sweet coconut milk with tiny tapioca balls (think boba but tinysier).
