Vietnamese pork with pickled carrots and daikon radish, cilantro and jalapeno sandwich. Perrier flavored water.

Monkfish, jalapenos, and green onions. Pickled carrots and daikon radish. Fried rice with Chinese sausage. Trivento Malbec. My pairing of a red wine with fish is sacrilegious, pairings be damned. Red wine goes well with everything.
